Shipping Policy

Sofia Bean charges a Flat Shipping Fee of $4.99 when you choose to ship via USPS Priority Mail. This rate holds if you choose a $35 box or a $100 box, one one-piece or 6 blankets. And it works if you are shipping to New York or to California. We hate to pay extra online because we happen to be farther from the online boutique's actual location, and we thought you might feel the same way.

Shipping Times

Sofia Bean orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. With Priority Mail Shipping, the order will be delivered within 1-3 days of being processed, so within 1-5 days of placing the order. Please feel free to call or email any time if you are concerned about delivery.

We can also delay delivery if you want to order now, but want the order delivered closer to a baby's due date or a few days before a shower date. Please contact us with your delivery preferences.

Special Note about Shipping to Virginia and Washington DC Metro Area

Orders being shipped to most locations in Virginia or the DC Metro Area typically are received the day after they are processed.

International Orders

Sofia Bean does internationally via "International Checkout." Simply click on the International Checkout button on the page with your shopping cart and you will be directed to their site to process your order.

Our Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by calling us toll free at 1(877) 576-5125 or emailing us within 30 days to obtain return shipping instructions. Please provide your Sofia Bean order number, located on the upper left hand corner of your packing slip. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. We recommend sending your items insured. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
